Insert the strap through the legs and wrap using the large knob. Knob is reversible for left or right hand usage.

A drill with a 3/8" drive, 1/2" or 1" Socket makes quick work of storage.

After winding the strap, drop the hook in the basket. Wrap the short strap around the ratchet, with the hook on the bottom.

Place the ratchet in the the basket.

Place the ratchet in a position that ensures the handle makes contact with the wound strap, to prevent unintended unwinding.

Secure the assembly with the velcro strap.
